Ok, so you know how I gained weight, and then I lost some bit of it? For some WEIRD unearthly reason I gained that weight back as per Saturday :(
I swear I was on track!

So, Tuesday is ending here in my part of the world, & even though I went out I did not eat anything as such...just a bite or two of chickpea salad.

And, I have been getting my work-outs in.

I just fear, what if I just keep gaining? (& this song keeps playing in my head)

I'm really worried :'(

Do you ever worry, that despite of the hard work you might not see results?
