Before I jump to the goals for a new month, let me see how much I have accomplished (or not?) from my September Goals.
So, it seems I have just followed point number 3. When, point one did not happen...(losing weight) I started my diet soda :(
I was working out five time a week, the whole month, but due to what happened yesterday and some muscular pain in my back taking a break.
- Recording my meals and workout
- Working out five times a week
- Being positive
I'm not taling about numbers, as for some reason the number God's are just not inh my favour.I'm really sad that 8 weeks of this year I have eaten clean 6 out of 7 days a week. I have gone out and skipped eating. I have worked out.
But, you all know...the rest!
