social eating

so, this was a good start to the week, I went out YET managed to not munch more than required!!!!

I took some soup, and left more than half of it & just ate two-three bites of rice!!!

(I would have skipped that totally, but someone served me so felt impolite!!!!)

Like Bijoux, said in the comments on my last post I FOCUSED more on talking instead of eating, so I'm a happy girl :-)

What are your goals for the week? I plan to have a.NO SLIP UPS b. Post less on snapchat c.Workout daily including Saturday!!!
