the week review

Was this week good?
Worked out five days.

Just that I did slip off today & I keep Saturdays for cheat-mealing!!!!

So, even though I did well this week I also had couple of slip-ups!  (Pizza remember?)

So planning for the coming week and hopefully no slip-ups!!!!

How do you deal at social gatherings regarding food?  I find it so hard at times I return without even eating a bite but at times reverse!
