I was expecting a loss of about one more kilo but alas it was not.
I maintained my weight this week, despite of being very active and clean eating.
With this said, I plan to lose ten pounds or 5 kilos by mid October.
My workout- I did about 19 Km of walk/run(11 miles) this week with some strength training. Eating was good, within my calorific range!
