So I finally finally saw a loss this week!

My weight today - 65.9 kilos
I will not sugarcoat, I stayed away from all sugar and worked really hard. Even when I couldn't find time to do long cardio sessions I did high impact short workouts from YouTube.
Let's hope the ball keeps rolling, in the right direction 😉.
What did your week look like? I had a busy week. My kids midterms start this Monday and I'm not very keen on exams, in general lol.
